- For each project, specific Quality Plan is prepared to address project resources, quality control, document management, and project management based on the corporation PPMP (Professional Practice Management Plan)
Macro Network Planning and Design
- Site selection and site acquisition support including search map creation, candidate assessment and approval,
- Initial system design, link budget, and dimensioning for coverage and capacity,
- RF design for LTE and 5G Macro cells including site selection, link budget, and coverage analysis,
- Pre and post site integration activities including cell design data, parameter tuning, drive test, and coverage map processing,
- CW test and model tuning using Planet and Atoll,
- Performance monitoring and evaluation of new features,
- Developing technical documentation (SLS, part lists, interconnection diagram, etc) & technical reports (FP, etc)
- Experienced in disaster relief operations by designing COW sites for the affected areas and evacuee centers,
In-Building Wireless Network Planning and Design
- Site survey and data collection regarding signal quality of the operators and required coverage, capacity, and technologies,
- In-building RF network design using iBwave considering safety, financial, and aesthetics aspects of the project.
Microcell Planning and Design
- Small cell and special events Indoor DAS planning and integration,
- RF design for small cells including site selection, link budget, and coverage analysis,
KPI Monitoring and Troubleshooting
- Remote 24/7 KPI monitoring,
- First level analysis of the alarms and providing resolution for cell issues,
- Raising trouble ticket for an on site repair or maintenance considering the Monitoring and Troubleshooting Workflow,
EME Services
- Performing extensive field measurement considering the Industry Canada Guidelines and the site specific requirements (site temporal and spatial characteristics) The safe working environment guidelines of Health Canada , FCC, and OSHA are strictly followed.
- Site evaluation in terms of the compliance with the codes. The non-compliances and causes are identified.
- Assigning safety measures including signage and access control mechanisms for uncontrolled environment with above safety code limits. A clear compliance statement to be issued after corrective measures.
- The creation of EME reports using maps and visual information to show all required existing details on site. The reports will be authenticated and validated.
- Provide third party services to review and verify EME reports.
